DIMPLES!!

I get asked often where Haydyn gets her dimples from. Well...she gets them from my dad!! This picture was taken on Easter at my parents house and I think its so cute because they are both showing of the dimples!! I have a feeling we are going to have our hands full with a blue eyed, blonde hair, and 2 dimples little girl!! Such a handsome grandpa!! LOVE YOU DAD!!

Happy Resurrection Sunday!!

Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Easter, or better Happy Resurrection Sunday!! We pray that God will continue to bring peace into your life and that you will continue to TRUST in the Lord with all your problems. Jesus was sent here so we could have eternal life with GOD. He is risen and we celebrate that tomorrow, so honor him tomorrow.

Spring Break

Austyn was on Spring Break this week so I have been trying really hard to keep him BUSY!! We have been enjoying this weather since it won't last long! I started last year getting these Ladybugs from Home Depot and Austyn loves them, the only thing is when they are here they go fast. I went to 3 Home Depot's before I finally found them. The kids had a blast with them and Haydyn of course ate one!! It kept Austyn busy for at least 3o minutes. We also made a trip to the Zoo. Austyn seems to be enjoying it more and more every year and Haydyn was just happy eating in her stroller and being the princess!

Fun and Crazy Weekend

This weekend we had the joy of having Timmy stay with us. My parents went out of town for the weekend, so he stayed with us. He is such a big help to me that I don't ever pass up having Timmy stay with us, and we love him too!! Lets just say he "entertains" Austyn for us so that is a huge help and whenever I need help with Haydyn he is willing to do it. Austyn decided that since Timmy was staying the night he wanted to sleep on the trampoline, but its too cold so we compromised with sleeping in front of the T.V. in sleeping bags and that seemed to be OK with them (they didn't really have a choice)!!!


On Saturday Austyn's school had a Spring Festival with tons for the kids to do and they had BJ's pizza and even GELATO!! I never pass up sweets so I had to get some of that. The weather was perfect for this and the kids seemed to have had a good time. I do have a story...everything was going good and I had bought the kids snow cones. I asked them to eat them before we got in the car because they seemed to be leaking by the time the ice started melting. I knew we were done so I waited in line to get my GELATO. I THOUGHT..... Haydyn was strapped in her stroller, when I got to my turn to order I went to reach down to get my wallet and just about that time I looked down and Haydyn was face down on the concrete!! Some how she had fell out..I don't know if she went over the tray on the stroller or slid out under the bottom of the tray ...either way it was scary!! I picked her up and no blood and she was crying so that was a good thing. After I calmed her down she kept trying to "fall-asleep" and as many of you know my kids don't just sleep "anywhere" especially in a stroller with the sun in your eyes and kids screaming everywhere!! I was a little worried and just wanted to get Cory to look at her so I could let her sleep if that's what she really wanted to do. Cory was working at the fire station around the corner and he checked her out for me and she is fine just a nice big bruise on her cheek!! It's still bugging me to how she fell out, but I think I know what happened , but that's another long story so I won't do that to you!!
